Chairman Gunn called the special meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
It was moved the Board adjourn to an Executive Session to discuss
property negotiations. Those voting "yes": Gunn, Henderson, Putney,
and Swank. Those voting "no": None.
Chairman Gunn adjourned the meeting at 8:02 a.m. The next regular
meeting will be January 21, 1998, at 8:00 a.m.
