Minutes of a Special meeting of the ESTES PARK URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY of the
Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Municipal Building in said
Town of Estes Park on the 10th day of May, 2000.
Commissioners: Carl Henderson, Tamara Jarolimek, Richard S. Putney, Paula Steige,
Gerald W. Swank, A1 Wasson, Rich Widmer

Chairman Putney called the special meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
AGENDA
There being no objection, the Agenda was approved as presented.
RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
It was moved and seconded (Henderson/Jarolimek) that the Board recess to Executive Session to
discuss development negotiations.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION AND ADJOURN
Upon completion of discussion of development negotiations in Executive Session, Chairman
Putney reconvened to Open Session and adjourned the meeting at 9:00 a.m.
The next regular meeting will be May 17, 2000 at 8:00 a.m.
