Minutes of a Regular meeting of the ESTES PARK URBAN RENEWAL
AUTHORITY of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting
held in the Municipal Building in said Town of Estes Park on the 21 day of
November, 2001.

Chairman Putney called the regular meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
AGENDA
There being no objection, the Agenda was approved as presented.
MINUTES
It was moved and seconded (Steige/Jarolimek) the minutes of the reguiar meeting of
October 17,2001 be approved as presented, and it passed unanimously.

improvements to the central business district at 356 E. Elkhorn Ave.
Executive Director Smith presented the draft budget and noted that the final 2002 Budget
will be presented for adoption at the December meeting.

There being no further business, Chairman Putney adjourned the meeting at 8:23 a.m.
