ORDINANCE NO.10-02
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN ENCLAVES WITHIN THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,TO BE KNOWN AS:
LEXINGTON LANE ADDITION,
SILVER LANE STABLES ADDITION,
ICE OF ESTES ADDITION
GADECKI ADDITION AND
BURKE-ALLEN ADDITION
WHEREAS,there exists certain enclave properties which have not been
annexed to the Town;and the Town desires to annex these enclaves.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO.
Section 1:The property more fully described in Section 5 below are enclaves
within the Town of Estes Park due to the fact that the individual properties are entirely
contained within the outer boundaries of the Town of Estes Park.
Section 2:The individual properties have been surrounded by the boundaries of
the Town of Estes Park for a period of not less than 3 years.
Section 3:Notice as required by Section 31-12-1 06 (1),C.R.S.,was published
as provided in said Section.
Section 4:No additional terms or conditions are to be imposed upon the
annexation of the properties.
Section 5.The annexation of the following described properties is hereby
approved.
Lexington Lane Addition:
A portion of the NE ¼of the NW Y4 of Section 31,T5N,R72W of the 61h P.M.,
Larimer County,Colorado,described as follows:Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 10
of Bonnie Brae Addition to the Town of Estes Park;thence N88°09’OO”W a distance of
41.58 feet;thence N00°48’OO”W a distance of 214.22 feet;thence S88°09’OO”E a
distance of 46.09 feet to the NW corner of Lot 10,Bonnie Brae Addition;thence
S00°24’19”W a distance of 214.06 feet to the point of beginning;containing 0.215
acres,more or less.

Silver Lane Stables Addition:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Section 191 T5N,R72W of the 6th P.M.,
also being an angle point on the southerly boundary of the Stanley Addition to the Town
of Estes Park (shown upon said addition plat as being N00°05’E a distance of 40.70
feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 19);thence N00°05’OO”E along the
section line a distance of 317.70 feet;thence S89°55’OO”E a distance of 455.27 feet to
the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S.Highway 34;thence S55°10’30”W along said
right-of-way line a distance of 555.16 feet to the point of beginning;containing 1.660
acres more or less.

S00°40’SO”E a distance of 125.00 feet,thence N89°33’04”W a distance of 300.00 feet,
thence N00°40’50”W a distance of 125.00 feet to the point of beginning;containing
0.861 acres,more or less.

Section 6.The Town of Estes Park,Colorado,hereby consents,pursuant to
Section 37-45-126 (3.6)C.R.S.,to the inclusion of lands described above into the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Municipal Subdistrict,Northern
Colorado Water Conservancy District.
Section 7.This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after
its adoption and publication.
