ORDINANCE NO.3-03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER RATE
SCHEDULE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees has determined that it is necessary to amend
the Water Rate Tap Fee of the Town of Estes Park.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:That the Water Tap Fee shall be amended as more fully set forth
below:

Section 2:The water rights fee adopted by this Ordinance shall be effective for
all water tap requests and County and Town Building Permit Applications on March 3,
2003.
Section 3:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days
after its adoption and publication.
