AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 9.08.070
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,THE SAME RELATING TO
CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMITS
a
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado has
determined that pursuant to recent legislation it is in the best interest of the Town to delete,
in its entirety,
Colorado.
Section 9.08.070 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 9.08070 of the Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after its
adoption and publication.
