ORDINANCE NO.4-01
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ON LOT 12A OF THE
AMENDED PLAT OF LOT 11 AND LOT 12,
WHITE MEADOW VIEW PLACE ADDITION
IN THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO

WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has approved the
Amended Plat of Lot 11 and Lot 12,White Meadow View Place Addition to the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado on April 10,2001;and
WHEREAS,there is a public street right-of-way located on
Amended Plat which is no longer needed as a public street;and
Lot 12A of the
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined
that it is appropriate to vacate the public street located on Lot 12A of the
aforementioned Amended Plat according to the terms and conditions of this Ordinance.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:
vacates the entire
of Lot 11 and Lot
County of Larimer,
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado hereby
portion of the public street located on Lot 12A of the Amended Plat
12 White Meadow View Place Addition to the Town of Estes Park,
State of Colorado.
Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days
after its adoption and publication.
