October 17,1968

Rollen Sutter and Ed Palmer.
Also Attending:Town Clerk Dale G.Hill and Building Inspector George Mowery
Mr.Paul Van Horn appeared before the Board representing Mrs.Lou Marshall.
Mr.Van Horn submitted a plat of a portion of Lot 5,Block 10,Town of Estes
Park,Colorado showing the division of Mrs.Marshall’s property(Marshall
Cottages)into ten lots.Mr.Van Horn explained that Mrs.Marshall has
been unable to sell this property as one parcel and it now seems that the
only way to dispose of it is to divide the cottages and sell them on an
individual basis.A variance is requested because some of the lots do
not contain the necessary amount of land area and some of the property
line set backs will be less than required.
A plat of this property is attached to and made a part of these proceedings.
Board Chairman Dannels introduced the following resolution and moved it be
passed and adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT OF THE TOWN OF ESTE S PARIK,COLORADO:
That the variance dividing a portion of Lot 5,Block 10,Town
of Estes Park,Colorado into ten parcels as shown on the attached plat
be granted.
Board member Sutter seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes.Those voting “Yes”Members Swanson,Steele,
Sutter,Palmer and Dannels.Those voting “No”none.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
