Planner Stamey read the section of the Municipal Code addressing Administration and Enforcement for the Board of Adjustment: 17.72.040 Board of Adjustment. 3. Voting: The concurring vote of a majority of the members of the board present shall be necessary to reverse any order, requirement, decision, or determination of any adminis­ trative official, or decide in favor of the application any matter upon which it is required to pass under the ordinances of the Town, or to effect any variation in any ordinance of the Town. Therefore, the Hupp Hotel Variance Request is denied. Should the owner desire, a revised petition could be submitted for further consideration by the Board of Adjustment.
