KANE - REQUEST FOR A SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANCE;
Mr. Nicholas Kane requested a variance from the C-2 Restricted
Commercial requirement of a 10' setback from the property line
that would allow the construction of a trash storage building
within one foot of the east property line.
Member Wagner moved the variance be granted subject to the building's
use being limited to trash and storage, and the length of the build
ing along the east property line shall not exceed 20 feet. Member
Herzog seconded the motion.and upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
