Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Dexheimer, owners of Lot 19, Elkhorn Club Estates,
appeared before the Board of Adjustment and petitioned for a variance as
follows:
This property is located in an R-1 Residence District requiring a
setback from the front property line. Mr. and Mrs. Dexheimer's
