HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Estes Park Board of Adjustment 1973-01-03RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Board of Adjustment January 3, 1973 Committee: Attending: Chairman Sutter; Members Herzog, Palmer, Prosser and Wagner Chairman Sutter; Members Herzog, Palmer, Prosser Also Attending: Town Administrator Hill and Zoning Administrator Van Horn Absent:Member Wagner Mr. Melvin Galloway, owner of a portion of Lot 1A4, A1 Fresco Place Subdivision, appeared before the Board of Adjustment to request a variance in back and side yard setbacks. The Municipal Code requires ten foot setbacks for both side and rear yards. Mr. Galloway requests these setback requirements be allowed as follows: 1. Sideyard setback of two and one-half feet. 2. Rearyard setback of three and one-half feet. Member Palmer moved the variance not be granted. Member Prosser seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
