ORDINANCE NO.14-00
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.52.040 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
REGARDING THE SALARY OF THE CLERK OF THE MUNICIPAL
COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO:
Section 1.The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall receive as compensation for his/her
services as Clerk of the Municipal Court an annual salary of six thousand,nine hundred eighty-
eight dollars ($6,988.00);provided that any Clerk of the Municipal Court who serves only a part
of a year shall receive for his/her compensation only that portion of the year he/she actually
serves as a Clerk of the Municipal Court.
Section 2.This ordinance is hereby declared effective with the pay period beginning
December 24,2000.
