Mr. Rollen Sutter, of Continental Oil Company, requested a variance to
allow the installation of a 10,000 gallon buried gasoline tank, located
at the present site on St, Vrain Avenue.
Member Ed Palmer moved a variance be granted to allow the Continental
Oil Company to bury a 10,000 gallon gasoline tank at the present bulk
plant located on St. Vrain Avenue. Member Marvin L. Steele seconded
the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
