Mr. George Gardner, representing Holiday Inn, appeared before the Board
of Adjustment and requested a time extension on the temporary sign
located on Lot 42, Little Prospect Mountain Addition.
Board Member Marvin L. Steele moved the Board of Adjustment grant the
Holiday Inn a thirty (30) day extension of time in addition to the sixty
(60) days provided for in Section 12.12-2(12) of the Municipal Code of
the Town of Estes Park. The temporary sign permit shall be issued when
construction activity is evident to the Building Inspector. Member
Carl R. Swanson seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unan
imously carried.
The temporary sign variance granted by the Board of Adjustment on Sept
ember 11, 1968 expired on March 10, 1969. The present sign face shall
be removed. The sign frame may remain as it is now located until such
time as the Board of Adjustment shall determine it be removed.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
