Also Attending: Building Inspector Ted Hackett and Town Clerk Dale G. Hill
Absent: Member Ed Palmer
Mrs. Vivian Baird appeared before the Board of Adjustment and asked for a
zoning variance in a portion of Lot 28, Riverside Addition to the Town of
Estes Park, Colorado. The variance requested is a side yard setback as
per the attached drawings. Board member Sutter introduced the following
resolution and moved that it be passed and adopted:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUST
MENT OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
That a variance in the side yard setback in a portion of
Lot 28, Riverside Addition to the Town of Estes Park, as per the at
tached drawings, be granted.
Member Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by
the following votes. Those voting "Yes" Members Dannels, Tregent, Petrocine,
and Sutter. Those voting "No" none.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
