Director Stamey advised that in the recent Town Newsletter, the Town solicited suggestions for the renaming of "Peacock", "Poi­ son" and "West Riverside" Parks. Staff has received one sug­ gestion thus far, and the Committee recommends publicity efforts be increased; it is anticipated all three parks will be renamed in the near future. Larimer and Weld Counties applied for, and received, a Revolving Loan Fund from the State. A loan pool, currently containing $150,000 is available. This is expected to increase in the future. Short-term gap financing (3-7 years),^ at a minimum interest rate of 3% will be available. The Co^ittee suggested Cathy Schulte/Greeley Economic Development Office, attend tne April 12th meeting to provide information on this supplemental financing program. Trustee Garrett reported on the Assembly of the Arts meeting; Estes Park Women's History Month, and the Creative Ensemble Productions group. given in confidence.
