Chairman Dickinson called the meeting of the Community Develop
ment Committee to order at 2:01 P.M.
SECOND WIND, LTD. - 1990 MARKETING PROPOSAL.
Second Wind, Ltd. acts as an independent advertising agency who
contracts with the Town to perform all of Estes Park's advertis
ing efforts. Peter Marsh, Interim Business Manager/Second Wind,
Ltd. presented the Marketing Proposal for 1990. The Committee
general accomplishments, including special projects

Director Stamey advised that following discussion pertaining to
the highway entrances, the Bureau of Reclamation has removed the
barbed wire portion of their fence along U. S. Highway 36.
Pending authorization from their regional office, additional
improvements could be made.
