HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION 54-21RESOLUTION54-21APPROVINGTHEAMENDEDPLATOFLOTS53AND54OFFALLRIVERADDITION,LOCATEDINAPORTIONOFTHESOUTHEAST¼OFSECTION23,TOWNSHIP5NORTH,RANGE73WESTOFTHE6THP.M.,LARIMERCOUNTY,COLORADOWHEREAS,anapplicationforanAmendedPlat,toreconfiguretwolotsbyadjustingtheinternal,commonlotlinewasfiledbytheEstesParkGroupofChristianScientists(owner/applicant);andWHEREAS,thepropertyislocatedwestoftheintersectionofWestElkhornAvenueandWestWonderviewAvenue,isaddressedas951WestElkhornAvenueandiswithinanA(Accommodations)ZoneDistrict;andWHEREAS,theAmendedPlatwillreconfiguretwoexistinglots,proposedtobe2.08acres(Lot54A)and1.0acre(Lot53A);andWHEREAS,apublichearing,precededbyproperpublicnotice,washeldbytheBoardofTrusteesonJune22,2021andatsaidhearingallthosewhodesiredtobeheardwereheardandtheirtestimonyrecorded;andWHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesfinds:1.TheAmendedPlatcomplieswithapplicablesectionsoftheEPDC.2.TheAmendedPlatapplicationhasbeensubmittedtoallapplicablereviewingagencystaffforconsiderationandcomment.Nosignificantissuesorconcernswereexpressedbyreviewingstaffrelativetocodecomplianceortheprovisionofpublicservices.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:TheAmendedPlatofLots53and54ofFallRiverAdditionisherebyapproved.
