WHEREAS,since 1970,Plan de Salud del Valle,
mc,also known as Salud family Health Centers,has
worked to ensure that integrated health care is
available to all individuals and families in our
community;and
WHEREAS,Salud is recognized locally,regionally
and nationally,for responding to the health care
requirements of those most in need;and
WHEREAS,Salud’s contributions are acknowledged by
the numerous patients from our community who have
benefited from services at Salud.We are pleased to honor
Salud and recognize their many contributions with this
proclamation.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor
and Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park do hereby
proclaim the 25th of June 2010,as the day to celebrate the
contributions and commitment to the health and wellness of our
community and surrounding areas by the Salud Family Health
Centers.
