Rob Pieper,owner of Poppy’s
is a valued member of our community,
Whereas,Rob is considered Town Hall’s “go to”
man for catering services,and
Whereas,Town staff can always count on receiving
large quantities of high quality food whenever
Poppy’s provides catering services,and
Whereas,Rob can be called to provide food at the last minute,
routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty,and maintains his
infectiously positive attitude throughout stressful situations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park proclaim December 19,
2003 as
POPPY’S RESTAURANT DAY
in the Town of Estes Park.Town staff wishes to express our sincere
appreciation to Poppy’s Restaurant,particularly Rob Pieper,for all
the restaurant’s hard work and dedication.We appreciate everything
Poppy’s Restaurant does to make our jobs easier.
