NATIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH
OCTOBER 1993
WHEREAS,October Is National Physical Therapy month and In observance of
National Physical Therapy Month,the Town of Estes Park Is calling special
attention to the contributions of local Physical Therapists for their efforts
toward improving the quality of life for Estes Park residents;and
WHEREAS,Estes Park Physical Therapists empower and support people in Estes
Park through treatment and educational services for children and adults
whose neuroioglc,orthopedic,musculoskeietai,developmental,pain,cardiac
or pulmonary conditions require the expertise of licensed Physical Therapy
professionals and for healthy Individuals for whom this expertise offers
guidance and Information for optimum weliness and physical fitness.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Town of Estes Park that the the month of October 1993 be proclaimed as
NATIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH
and all citizens of our community are urged to support the physical therapy
profession In its efforts to secure better health care for all our citizens.
