RESOLUTION OF RESPECT
WHEREAS,Frank Lancaster served the citizens of Estes Park as Town
Administrator for the Town of Estes Park from 2012 to 2019;and
WHEREAS,Frank served as a consummate leader for a staff of dedicated
professionals and volunteers,guiding them to provide the best possible service to the Estes
Park community;and
WHEREAS,during his tenure as Town Administrator,Frank facilitated the
revision,approval,increase,establishment,improvement,and/or implementation of the
following:
•2012 Woodland Heights and Fern Lake Fires Response and Recovery
•2013 Flood Response and Recovery
•Enhanced staff development for emergency management
•Adoption of New Sign Code

dedication and leadership of Frank Lancaster and express profound appreciation for his
service to our cornru4nity.
