RESOLUTION OF RESPECT
WHEREAS,Jacqueline Hatburnt served the citizens of Estes Park
from 2007 through 2011;and
WhEREAS,Jacquie served the community of Estes Park as both
Deputy Town Administrator and Town Administrator.
WhEREAS,during her tenure as Deputy Town Administrator and
Town Administrator,Jacquie facilitated the revision,approval,increase,
establishment,improvement,and/or implementation of the following:
Marys Lake Water Treatment Plant
Upgrades
Light and Power Circuit Substation
Upgrades
Bond Park Master Plan and First Phases of
Reconstruction
Grandstand Construction at Fairgrounds at
Stanley Park
Fairgrounds Park-n-Ride Construction
Multipurpose Event Center Design
Process
Acquisition of $2.5 million in grants to
support Town projects and programs
Improved Free Shuttle System
New Budget Reporting Systems and
Annual Budget Process
Establishment of Town Departmental
Assessments
Increased Operation Efficiency and
Departmental Restructuring
Increased Staff Development and
Managerial Leadership Training
Creation of Town Volunteer Manual
Development of Town’s Internal
Emergency Management Team and Staff
Trainings
Purchase of Air Curtain Burner for
community use in Pine Beetle
Mitigation
Implementation of new Sign Code

Establishment of the Capital Asset

WhEREAS,Jacquie also served as a Commissioner on the Estes Park
Renewal Authority and as a Board Member for Platte River Power
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,by this Resolution and Public
Record,recognize the dedication and leadership of Jacqueline Hatburnt and
express our profound appreciation for her service to our community.
