IEFS,a petition has been filed with the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,requestin the annexation of certain
property hereinafter described to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,
which petition has been executed by all of the owners of said
prerise s;
.1T RES,it appears that the lands described in

Bates Park,Colorado;
NCW,TFEEFCRE,BE IT CRDLLED by the Board of Trustees
of the Town of Bates Park,Colorado:
1.That the Board of Trustees does hereby aorove the
annexation to the Town of Bates Park,Colorado of the following
described lands situate in Lariner County,State of Colorado,
and described as follows,to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the rialit of
way of the Big Thoapson Highway as now located,fron
whence the Southwest corner of Section Nineteen (19),
Township Five (5)North,Range Seventy-two (72)Heat
of the Sixth Princioal Meridian,bears South 52010?
West 635.2 feet;thence NortL 0005?East 1601.6 feet;
thence South 84°46’East 729.9 feet;thence South
90Q4t East 765.2 feat;thence North 0056?East 50.0
feet;thence South 90Q4t East 661.6 feet to the East
line of the Vest one-half (H)of said Section Nineteen
(19);thence South 1018?Nest along the East line of
the Southwest quarter (SH)of said Section Nineteen
(19),371.9 feet to the North line cf the right of
way of the Big Thoauson highway as now located;thence

along the Northerly line of said right of way in a
curve to the left of 1970 feet radius,about 750 feet
to a point on the Northerly line of said highviay right
of way,t.hich point is South 68°43’‘2est 747.9 feetfromtheintersectionoftheNortherlylineofsaid
high;;&y right of wuy with the East line of the Southwest
quarter (M’it)of said Section rineteen (19);thence
South 57°52 West along the Northerly boundary line of
said hihv:ay xight of way.,1462.5 feet to the beginning
of a curve to the left of 5790 feet radius;thence
along the Northerly line of said highway richt of way
on s4d curve 256.5 feet,re or less,to the point
of beginning,and v;hich point is South 56°39’West256.4 feet from the beginning of the curve.
2.Thut the subdivision of said lands as shown by
the plat attached to the petition is hereby approved.
3.That the Mayor end Town Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to take the necessary steps and procedure as provided
by law to have the above described premises annexed to the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado,and that if and ten such annexation is
completed and decreed by the County Court of Larkier County,
Colorado,that the above described premises shall be annexed to
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado as Stanley Heights addition B
to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,and in accordance with the
plat of the same as attached to the petition for annexation.
4.That if and when such annexation shall be decreed
by the County Court of Larizer County,Colorudo,the Town Clerk
shall file a copy of the plat of ssid Stanley Heights addition B
to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,tocether with a certified
copy of the decree of annexation,with the County Clerk and
Recorder of Luriaer County,Colorado;another copy with the
Secretary of State of the State of Colorado,and another copy

in the records and files of the office of the Town Clerk of
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
