Be It Ordained By The Board of Trustees
Of The Town of Estee Park,Colorado:
Section 1.That out of the moneys and revenues to be derived from the
collection of general taxes during the year 1967 and levied by the Board of
Trustees of The Town of Estee Park,Colorado,on all taxable property within
the corporate limits of said Town for the year 1947 in the totsal amount of
19 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation of said property,which collec
tions are estimated at *17,004.90,and from the moneys derived from the gen
eral and miscellaneous revenues during the year 1947 and estimated at
t 20,835.00 ,making a total eitimated amount to be derived from taxes,gen
eral and miscellaneous revenues and cash on hand in the sum of 57,839.90,
there is hereby appropriated for the fisCal year beginning January 1,1947
and ending December 31,1947,the following amounts for the following re
spective purposes,to—wit:
Gener&1 Government,
Parks &Public Buildings
Police &Fire Departments
Public Health
Riiways
Depreciation
Stanley Park
Advertising
Liquor License Return
Miscellaneous
Country Club

year 1947,estimated at 112,000.00,there is hereby appropriated the follow
ing amounts for the following respective purposes,to—wit:

Depreciation 15,000.00

Plant Additions &R.palra 6,000.00

Section 4.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,determines and declares
that this Ordinance is necessary for the ininediate preservation of the public
peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of Trustees
an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force after
its final passage and adoption.
