That Section 2 of Article 01 Orclinnce No.17 of
t}•e ordinnces of the Tov of Rstes Park,Colorodo,as te same
was amended by Ordinance No.39 of the ordinances of tifle Town
of Estes Park,Colorado,he and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 2.Any nerson,or corportion now engaged
in any such business above mentioned shall,t the expiration of
tneir present licenses,apnly to the Town Clerk for a license to
engage in such husinoss,.tiic}annJication shall stte the name
of t’ne applicant,the business address,t!e iini of a business to
be engaged in and other im:’m:-ion as may he recilired by the
Town Clerk.
The Town Clerk may reauire the pe’ises to he occupied by
the licensee to he insnected for tbe purpose of ascertaining if
such premises are sanitary and in reasonably safe condition for
occupancy.The Town Clerl’is authorized to issue a license to such
applicant upon payment of the license fee which shall he the sum
of Fifty Illars ($50.OO)for a license for one year or a fraction
of a year,but all licenses shall expire on the thirtieth day of
April following the issuance of such license and no rebate or credit

shall be al1oed for licenses issued or used for a portion of a
year on.
If,UOfl inspection,any preriises sought to he licensed
are found to be unsanitary or unsafe,or if extraor?inary fire
hazards are found to exist,then the Town Clerk may require such
changes or altertions in the n:eises as ma reasonable he
necessary to correct the objectinnable features before issuing
such license.
That except as amended hereby,Section 2 of article 3
of Ordinance No.17,as the same was amended by Ordinance No.89,
si all remain in full force and effect.
