VOTbRS OF THb TOWN OF ESTbS PARK,COL1ORADu,

SHALL ACQUIEUi CERTAIN SEAL PROPEktJ!1.
WHRbAS the Lown of Estes Park,Colorado,has an option
to purchase the following described premises situate in i,arimer
County,State of Colorado,to—wit:
Lots Six (6),Seven (7),Eight (8),iüne (9),
Ten (10),Eleven (11)and Twelve (12),
Block Four (4),Town of Estes Park,Colorado,
according to the second amended p1st thereof;
for the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars (20,OOO.O0),payable at the
option of the Town in cash or at the rate of ThreeThousand Dollars
f3OO0.O0)per year,which option expires June 1,1946,unless
sooner exercised;
AND WHbRTiAS,the Board of Trustees of the Lown of Estes
Park,Colorado,have determined that the acquisition of said property
for municipal purposes is necessary and desirable;
AND WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees have determined that
the purchase of said premises should be made under the option
providing for the payment of the purchase price at the rate of
Three Thousand Dollars (30OO.OO)per year;
ANU WHEREAS,the board of Trustees have herof ore budgeted
and appropriated for the year 1946 the necessary funds to exerai so
said option and to make the initial payment on the purchase price,
and have declared their intention from year to year thereafter to
budget and appropriate sufficient funds to pay the installments of
the purchase price and interest thereon as the same become due;
provided,however,that said purchase be authorized and approved by
the qualified voters of said Town;

Section 1.what there shall be presented to the qualif led
voters of the Town of Estes iark,Colorado,at the general municipal
election of Town officers to be helci in said Town on the second day
of April,1946,the question of whether or not the Town of stes
Park shall purchase the following described premises,to—wit :
iOtS Six (6),Seven (7),sight (8),ine (9),
Ten (10),Eleven (11)and Twelve (12),
Block Four (4),town of stes Park,Colorado,
according to the second amended plat thereof;
f or the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars (2O,OO0.O0),payable at the
rate of not less than Three Thousand Dollars f3OO0.O0)each year
beginning with the year 1946,with interest on all deferred payments
at the rate of four per cent per annum,payable semi-annually.
Section 2.That the official ballot at said election shall
be substantially in the following form:

Section 3.Xhe Town Clerk shall give notice of said election
and the question to be voted on in the same manner as is provided by
law for the giving of notice of the regular municipal election of
Town officers.said notice shall state that the proposed contract of
purchase is on file with the Town dent and may be inspected by anyone
in interest.
Section 4.At said election all voters qualified to
vote at the regular election of Town officers shall be qualified to
vote upon the question to be submitted to the voters hereunder;and
the Judges and clerks of the regular election of Town officers shall
be the Judges and Clerks of the election on the question of the
purchase of said premises.
Section 5.The polling place shall be the Town tiall in
Estes Park,Colorado.
section 6.The Judges of the election shall make return
of the election,and the return shall be canvassed in the same
manner as the returns of the election of the Town officers.
