Annual Appropriation Ordinance For the Piscal Year
Beginning April 1,1941 and Ending March .31,1942
Be It OrdaIned Dy The Board Of Trustees Of The
Town Of Estes Park,Colorado:
Section 1.That out of the moneys and revenues to be
derived from the collection of general ta:es dur1n:the year
1941 and levied by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,on all taxable property within the corporate
limits of said Town for the year 1940 in the total amount of
19.1 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation of said
property,which collections are estimated at $15,471.36,
and from the ;.oneys derived from the general and miscellaneous
revenues during the year 1941 and estimated at $7,487.50,
making a total estimated amount to be derived from taxes,
general and miscellaneous revenues and cash on hand in the sum
of $22,958.26,there is hereby appropriated for the fiscal
year beginning April 1st,1941 and ending March 31st,1942,
the follcwing amounts for the following respective purposes,
to—wit:

Sanitation
Highways

Section 3,The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and declares that this Orc1innce is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the ublc peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of
Trustees an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force after its final passage and adoption.
Introduced,read,passed,adopted and ordered published
this 28th day of October,A.D.1940.
