AN ORDINP.NCE RELATING TO THE SALE
AID USE OF FIRE CRACKERS IND FIRE
WORKS in THE TOWN OF ESTES PARKS
COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINLD BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTES OF THE
TOt1 OF ESTES PARK2 COLORADOs
Section 1.It shall be unlawful for any persons
firm or corporation to sell,offer or expose for sale2 lend or give away,
ut fir.to,discharge or explod•within the Town of Estee Park anr tire
cracker2 fire works,blank cartridge,toy canon2 boin2 torpedo or anything
of Uk.nature containing gun powder or any other ccxthustible matter or
explosiv,material.
Section 2.Army person2 firm or corporation
who shall violate any of the provisions or this Ordinance shall upon con”
viction thereof be fined in a sum not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars.
