BE IT OflDAIND BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO $ecticiri 1.It ha11 be unlawful for any person,firm or corp oration to keep or harbor within the corporate limits of the Town any hogs,pigs,swine,sheep or goats. Section 2.It shall be unlawful for any person,firm or corp oration to herd,keep or harbor cattle,horses or other livestock within any part of the Toui of Bates Park,which is primarily used for residence purposes;provided,however,that this Ordinance shall not prohibit the keeping of one cow and two horses on any premises for only the use of the occupants of said premises. Section 3.Any person,firm or corporation who shall keep within the corporate limits any chickens,ducks,geese,turkeys or other domestic fowls or any hare or rabbits,shall keep the same securely enclosed in a pen or building and shall not permit the same to go upon the premises of another. Section 4.Any person,firm or corporation who occupies or controls any lot,barn,stable,shed,building or other place where live stock or domestic fowls or animals are kept shail keep said buildings and premises in a clean and sanitary condition and shall remove ail manure from the premises at least once each week or oftener if the Town arshal shall direct. Section 5.No person,firm or corporation shall bring into or carry through or allow to remain in the Town of Estee Park any dead animal or decaying animal matter;and any animal dying within the Town shall be removed by the owner or keeper thereof within twenty—four hours after its death. _;_ Section 6.fli:-rson,firm or corporation violating any of he provisions of this Crdinance shall,upon conviction,be fined in an amcunt not to exceed Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars. /rassed and adopted this /day of ______________ 1937. ttest: Approved: L’Iayor.
