BE IT.ORDAINED BY TfI BOARD OF TRUSES OF THE TO1 OF ESIES PARK,COLORADO. Section 1.That for the purpose of defraying the expenses andliabiliUesoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,for the fiscal yearbeginningApril1st,1929,the following named sums are hereby appropriatedoutoftherevenuesofsaidtown,for the purpose hereinafterdesi;rated,to—wit: STREET AND ALLEY FUND:Five Thousand Dollars f $5,000.00)for mainte.ance,repair and improvements of the streets,alleys,avenuesandditchesoftheTownandforthepaymentofthesalaryofthestreetsupervisorandotheremployeesofthestreetdepartment. .9 SE7ER FUND:One Thouiand Dollars ($1,000.00)or such an amount as shall be found necessnry for the maintenance andimprovementofthec’’3r system and for the payment of interest andprincipalonoutstandingsewerbonds. •PU3LIC BUiLDING FUITD:Five Hundred Dollars ($5CO.o)or such an amount thereof as shall be found necessary for the maintenenceandimprovementofpublicbuildings. ONUINHNT FUND:Thirty—five Hundred Dollars f $3,500.00)for the purpose of payiiw any expense or liability of the Town of EsteePark,not herein otherwise provided for,provided that if the entire amount of this contingent fund shall rot be required for such purpose, the remainder thereof shall be placed to the credit of any other fund offundsasmaybedeemednececcaryinthediscretionoftheBoardofTrusteesoftheTown. -—‘. FINE DEFARTIENT FUND:Four Hundred Dollars f $400.00)for the purpose of purchasing fire equipment and maintenance of equipment of this department. Section 2.This ordinance is hereby termed to be annual appropriation bill for the next fiscal year,commencing on the first day of April,1929, ad tiis ordinance is nocessery for the immediate preservation of the oublic 1eac.e,health and safety and in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergencr exists;therefore,this ordinance shall take effect immediately teisfir.al passage and publication. Sation 3.The reasons why this ordinonce is thus necessary are that itisiiteddtoprovidefortheexpensesofmaintenanceofsaidTownandto provide for the protection of the peace,health and safety of the inhabitants of .t -Town.
