TUESDAY,the 2ND DAY OF APRIL,1929,TEE cUESTION
OF AUT3JRIZING THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID TOWN
TO ACUIRE BY PURCHASE THE lATERWORKS SYSTI!2 NOW
IN OPEflATION IN SAID TOWN FOR FlEE AND DOMESTIC
PURPOSES,SAID SY5T T3 BE OWNED,MANAGED AND
OPERATED BY TEE TOWN.
WHEREAS,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees,it is to the
boat interests of the Town of Estee Park to acquire by purcbse the water—
works yte now in operation in said town for fire and domestie purposes
said system to be owned,managed and operated by the town;and
WHEREAS,said Board desires to secure the advisory vote of the
taxpaying electorø of said town on the question of acquiring said waterworks
system
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE BOARD OP
ThUiTth OF THE TOSN OF ESTES PARE,COLORADO :
S.øtion 1.That at the general election for mu
icipal offioers to be held on Tusday,the 2nd day of April,1929,the ques
tion of authorising the Board of Trustees of said town to acquire by purchase
the waterworks system now in operation in said town for fire and dome etic pur
poses,said system to be .e.d,naged rind operated by the town,the funds
for the ptirohase of s%d system to be provided by the issuance and sal,of the
town bonds in the aggregate amount of Seventy J’iXe Thousand Dollars ($75,000.)

tazpayars ‘under the for their detereination
Section 2.The question so suheitted shall be voted
on at said election by the voters qnalified as aforesaid at the Town Hall in
the Town of Estee Park,Colorado.The vote shall be by ballot,of the for*
hereinafter provided,and said election shall be in ill respects,as nearly
as E*be,held and conducted in the manner prescribed by law,in oases of
elections for naunicipal officers.
Section 3.The ballots to be used in voting upon
the question above suheitted,shall be prepared and furnished by the Town
Clerk to the judges of election,to be by them furnished to the voters,and

such aleutian,and the eler of said town is hereby charged with the duty of

HEREBY GIVEN that at the general election for municipal officers to be held on
2resd,the 2nd day of 4ril,1929,at the Town Hall in said Town of Esta
Park,there will be subeitted to the voters of the Town of Park,wbo

of the State of Colorado,the ‘uestion of authorizing the Board of Trustees
of said Town to acquire by purchase the waterworka syitem now in operation in
said Town for fire and domestic purposes,said system to be owned,managed
and operated by the Tøw,the funds for the purchase of said syste*to be
provided by the issuance and sale of the Town bonds in the aggregate amount
of Seventy Five Thousand f$75,00o.oo)Dollars,was submitted to the qualified
electors of said Town for their determination at an election duly called and
legally held in ad Town on the 2nd day øf April,1929;and
dHEREAS,on the 5th day of pril,1929,all returns hwing
been duly received,the Clerk of ths Toa f Estee Park opened said returns
and,calling to his assistance the layor of said Town,and in his presence,
proceeded to canvass the same,eking an abstract of the votes cast upon the
nuestion of authorizing the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estee Park to
