BE IT ORDAIN:D BY TilL BOARD OF TRUSTLIS CF TCV OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Sectian 1.That there be and is hereb levied upon the
assessed valuation of the real and personal pro:erty of the Town of Ectes
Park for the year 1920 a tax of eiit f8)mills on each dollar of such
valuation for the purpose of paying the current general expenses of said
Town of Estes Park,of which the sum of one 1)mill4 shall bo set apart
as a fund to pay interest on Estes park Sewer Bonds,Series of 1918.
Introduced,reads passed,adopted and ordered published this 25th
day of October,A.B.1920.

I,Charles F.Hix,Clerk and Recorder of the said Town of Estes
Park,do hereby certify that the above and foregoing ordinance was duly
published,read,passed and adopted at a regular meetinr:of the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,held onthe 25th day of October,A.B.
1920,and said ordinance v.s duly published by posting coppies thereof in the
three ub1ic places within the limits of said Town of Estes Park,as desig
nated by the resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of said Town,on
June 11th,1917,and that said copies were so posted on the 26th,day of
October,A.0.1920.
In witness whereof,I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal
of said Town of this 26th day of October,A.0.1920.

Section 10.The reasons why this ordinance is thus
li000SSary are that it is intended for the puroose of regulating
and controlling the use and operation by said company of its
automobiles,trucks and other like vehicles in snid town,and
for the purpose of ‘oviding revenue therefor.
