AN ORDINANCE OVIDIiTQ FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OP
SEWERS FOR THE TOWN OF ESTES PARL,TO PROVIDE FOR TI
ISSUE OF THE NEGOTIABLE COUPON BONDS OP THE TOWN TO
FTXNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OP CONSTsiUCTING SEiVERS FOR
THE TOWN,AND TO PROVIDZ A TAX LEVY FOR HE PAY1NT OF
THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST TENREOIT.
WiREi under the authority of the Constitution and.
la--s of the State of Colcrad.c,now in force,and.the ordinances of
the Town of Estee Park,and.by the approval of a vote of the pro
perly c’ualified voters of the Town of Estee Park,said.Town has
the power to construct sewers;and.,
WEEREAS,in accordance with law and the approving vote of
a majority of the voters of the Town who were taxpayers under the
law,voting on the question at the general mmücipal election held
in the Town of Estee Park,on the 2nd.day of April,A.D.1918,the
Board of Trustees of the Tov:n of Estee Park is duly authorized to
contract an indebtedness on behalf of the Town and.upon the credit
thereof,by issuing the bonds of the Town in the aggregate amount
of more than Six Thousand.Eight Hundred (‘6,8O.OC)Dollars,for
the purpose of constructing sewers for the Towns Now therefore,
BE IT ORDAflID BY THE BOARD OP TRUSTEES OP THE TO1 OF ESTES PARKS
Section 1.That there be constructed.severs for the
Town of Estee Park,in accordance iith plans and specifications
adopted.or to be adopted by the Board of Trustees of soid Town.
Section 2.That for the purpose of providing fuis for
constructing severs for the Town of Estee Park,the Tov:n shall issue
its negotiable coupon bonds in the aggregate amount of Six Thousand.
Eight Hundred (ç6,80°.efl)Dollars,to be designated,“Estee Park
Sewer Bonds,Series of 191811,consistii of sixty—eight bonds in
the denomination of One Hundred.(.;Cfl.OO)Dollars each,payable in

Section 5.The following named persons are hereby
appointed,as judges of said election;being the judges at said.

Section 6.£“YThe vote at said election on the question
aforesaid shall be canvassed and returned,and the return made
and -the result declared in the sane manner,as nearly as may be,
as provided by law for the canvass,return and declaring of the
result of the votes cast at an election of nnmicipal officers.
Section 7.A notice of the time and place of said
election shall be published by posting cries thereof in the
three puolic places within the limits of the said Tov.i of Estee
Park,as designated by the resolution adopted by the Board of
Trustees of said Town,on June 11,1917,at least fifteen fl)
days before such election,and also a copy of such notice shail
be posted at the voting place aforesaid,fifteen flZ)days
before such election,announcing the time,place and object of
the election,and said notice shall also be published in the

in the County of Larimer,anState of Colorado,at least
fifteen tl)days before such election,and the Clerk of the
Town of Estes Park is hereby charged with the duty of effec
tuating this provision.
Section 8.This ordinance,after its passage,shall
be recorded in the book kept for that purpose,be authenticated
by the sipnatures of the ayor and Town Clerk,and shall be
inpublished5ypostingcopiesthereofAthe three public places
within the said limits of the said Town of Estee Park,as des

iguated by the resolution adopted by the Board.of Trustees of
said Town,on June 11,191’?,and zhall take effect and be in
force upon the expiration of five (5)days after it has been
so posted.
Section 9.This ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace,health and safety.
Section 10.The reasons why this ordinance is thus
necessary .re that it is intended.to provide funds with which
to construct sewers necessary for the safeguarding of the
health of the inhabitants of said town,and also for the safe
guarding of the health of others.
