Ai ORDIUAiCE LAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE EXPE]SESANDLIABIiTLSOFTHETO’Vi OF ESTES PARK,FOR THEFISCALYEARBEGflIITIIIGAPRILFIRST,A.D.,1918.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OP HE TOfl OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That for the purpose of defraying the ex
penses and.liabilities of the Town of Estee Park,Co1orao,fcr
the fiscal year beginning April 1st,1918,the following named
sums are hereby appropriated out of the revenues of said town,for
the purposes hereinafter designated,to—wit:
OLD DEBT Dollars ()//
for the purpose of paying any indebtthis of the Town of Estes
Park that may not have been paid during the fiscal year ending
April 1st,A.D.1Ji3.
--QSTREETAITDALLEYPUID:-‘‘Dollars
too—),in addition to poll taxes and moneys received
from Larimer County,for road fund,for maintenance,repair and
improvement of the streets,alleys,avenues and ditches of the Town
and for the payment of the salary of the Street Supervisor and
other employees and expenses of the street department.’

FIRE DEPARTLNT FUND:‘:*‘-
Dollars (fô ),for the purpose of defraying the expenses
of the fire department,inoluding the salaries paid the employees
of the fire deeartment.
POLICE -/-Dollars
),in addition to the fees collected by the Police
Magistrate to defray the expenses of the Police Department,in
c1udinE’the salftry of the Police Lagistrate,.Iarshal,and such
other police officers as may be employed by the Town ,3oard.

and.advertising.

of employees of the Town not otherwise provided for.

(V-),for the purpos,of obtaining water for said Town.
CONTINGENT FUND:

),for the purpose of paying any expense or liability
of the Town of Estes Park,not herein otherwise provided for,pro
vided that if the entire amount of this contingent fund shall not
be reouired for such purpose,the remainder thereof shall be placed
to the credit of any other fund or funds as may be deemed necessary
in the discretion of the Town Board.

),or such an amount thereof as shall be found necessary
for the purpose of construction of sewer system,by reconstruction,
enlargement and repair of the present sewer system and.for the in
stallation of sanitary purification terminal thereon,and all rev
enues obtained from the sale of bonds authorized for such construc
tion shall be used for said purpose.
Section 2.This ordinance is hereby termed.to be the
annual appropriation bill for the next fiscal year,commencing on
the first day of April 1918;and this ordinance is necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace,health,and
safety and in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency
exists;therefore,this ordinance shall take effect immediately
3 after its final passage and publication.
Section 3.The reasons why this ordinance is thus
necessary are that it is intended to provide for expenses of main
tenance of said.Town and to provide for the protection of the
peace,health and safety of the inhabitants of the Town.
