A RESOLUTION UflTING TO THE UALIFIED
T1uUAYING ELECTORS OP THE TOWN OF E3TES PARK,
COLORADO,T THE REGULAR MUNICIPAL EICTION TO
BE HELD APRIL 3,1962,THE QUESTION OF ISSUING
BONDS OF SAID TOWN IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF
U8,OCO,FOR ERECTING A kUBLIC BUflDING TO
BE USED 2(ii THE INCINTION AND DISPOSAL
OF REFUSE.
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estee
Park,Larimer County,Colorado,deems it necessary and advisable
o erect a public building for said Town,to be used for the
Lnoineration and disposal of refuse,and to submit to the
aualified taxpaying electors of said Town,at the regular nuinici—
al election to be held therein on Tuesday,the 3rd day of April,
L962,the question of issuing bonds of the Town in the amount
if 1l8,OOO for such purpoes;
THERFORE,BE IT REk3OLVD BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
HE TOWN OF ETE$PARK,LaiUNR COUNTY,SQCAaD(:
Section 1.That at the regular municipal election to
e held in said Town on the 3rd day of April,1962,there shall

paying electors of the Town the question of issuing bonds of the

erecting a public building therein,as is more particularly

Section 2.Only such qualified registered electors of
he Town as shall have paid a real property tax therein,in the

Section 7.Said election shall be held and conducted,
and the votes cast on the question aforesaid shall be returned
and canvassed,and the result declared in the same manner,and
as nearly as may be,as provided by law for the return,canvass
and the declaration of the result of votes cast at the election
of municipal officers.
Section 8.Notice of the submission of said question
shall be published in The Estee Park Trail,a newspaper pub
lished and of general circulation in said Town,at least 45 days
before said election,republished at least 10 days before said
election,and a copy of such notice shall be posted at the
polling place at least 25 days befor,said election.The Town
Clerk 18 hereby charged with the duty of giving such notice.
Said notice shall be in substantially the following form:

PUBLIC NOTICE IS REREBY GIVEN,That pursuant to a Reso—
ution of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estee Park,Cob—
ado,at the regular municipal election to be held in said Town
n Tuesday,the 3rd day of April,1962,at the Town Hall in said
own,between the hours of 7:00 o’clock A.M.and 7:00 o’clock
.M.,there will be submitted to such qualified registered
lectors of the Town as,in the year next preceding said election,

“Shall the Town of Estee Park,Larimer County,
Colorado,issue its bonds in the principal amount

disposal of refuse,such bonds to bear interest at
a rate or rates not exceeding 4%per annum,to be
redeemable at the option of the Town 10 years
from their date,and to mature serially as

Taxpaying electors possessing qualifications entitling
hem to vote at said election and whose names do not appear in
the official registration list,and electors who have changed
heir addresses may register or change their addresses at the
ffice of the Town Clerk at any time during business hours,on

The election shall be held and conducted and the returns
thereof shall be returned,canvassed and declared,as nearly as
tay be in the manner prescribed by law for the election of muni—
ipal officers.

Section 9.This Resolution shall become effective
on its passage,and for the purpose of informing the residents
ad taxpaying electors of the Town of the nature and extent of
