ANNUA APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1950 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1950
Be It Ordained By The Board of Trustees
Of The Town of Estee Park,Colorado;
Section 1.That our of the moneys and revenues to be derived from
the collection of general taxes during the year 1950 and levied by the
Board of Trustees of The Town of Estee Park,Colorado,on all taxable
property within the corporate limits of said Town for the year 1950 in
the total amount of nineteen and one—half (19fr)mills on each dollar of
assessed valuation of said property,which collections are estimated at
4 23,804.94,and from the moneys derived from the general and miscell
aneous revenues during the year 1950,estimated at 4 21,810.00,making
a total estimated amount to be derived from taxes,general and miscell
aneous revenues and cash on hand in the sum of 4 45,614.94,there is
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year beginning January 1,1950 and
ending December 31,1950,the following amounts for the following re
spective purposes,to—wit:

Police &Fire Depte.
Public Health
Highways
Stanley Park
Advertising &Golf Course
Liquor License Return
Country Club
Water Department

Section 2.That out of the moneys and revenues to be derived from
the operation of the Town of Estee Park Municipal Water System during the
year 1950,estimated at 4 29,100.00,there is hereby appropriated the
following amounts for the following respecbive purposes,to—wit;
Salaries 4 6,ooo.oo
Maintenance 7,000.00
orfice 200.00
Rent 1,200.00
Equipment Expense 1,500.00
Bonds &Interest 7,637.50
Miscellaneous 562.50
New Construction 5,000.00

Section 3.That out of the moneys and revenues to be derived
from the operation of the Town of Estee Park Municipal Light &Power
Department during the year 1950,estimated at $159,000.00,there is
hereby appropriated the following amounts for the following respective
purposes,to—wit:
Bond Sinking Fund $28,750.54
Payroll 51,000.00
Purchased Power 36,000.00
Material,supplies,office 36,000.00
Depreciation,cash 7,249.46

Section 4,The Board of Trustees herewith finds,determines and
declares that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preserva.-.
tion of the public peace,health,and safety,and whereas in the opinion
of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,and that this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force after its final passage and adoption.
