TOWN OF E3TNS PAB±,COLCLADO:
That Soction 7 of Ordinance No.21÷ of the Ordinances
of the Ocwn of Lstes Park,Colorado,passed and adopted on
July 11÷,1921÷,and as amended by Ordinance No.75,passed
and adopted on June 22,1936,be and the same is hereby
aended to read as follows
“Section 7.No person shall do any plumbing work
within the corporate limits of the Town of Estee Park
unless said person holds a State Naster Plumber’s license,
or a journeyman plumber’s license and working under the
irmediate direction and supervision of a licensed Haster
Plumber.All plumbers shall,in addition to a State
license,obtain a license from the Town of Estee Park.
Any person who holds a Naster Plumber’s license from the
State of ColDrado may obtain a license from the Town of
Estes Park by application to the Town Board and upon paying
to the Town Clerk the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
for a license period of one year.Any person who holds a
journeyman plumber’s license from the State of Colorado
may obtain a license from the Town of Estes Park by applica
tion to the Town Board and upon paying to the Town Clerk
the sum of Fifteen Dollars fl5.OO)for a license period

of one year.No plumber’s license shall be issued for
any shorter time than one year;provided,however,that
the Town Board may,in its discretion refuse any person
a plumber’s license.All licenses issued during any
year,unless sooner revoked,shall expire on December
31st of that year.A license once issued may be renewed
at any time during the month of January in the year
following its issuance on the payment of the renewal lee
of ihirty-ive Dollars (3%QQ)for a raster Plumber’s
license,or Five Dollars (4.OO)for a journeyman plumber’s
license.”
