AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TI COMPENSATION
FOR THE SERVICES OF TI MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF Tf TOWN OF ESThS PARK,COLORADO
Be it ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado:
Section 1.The qualified voters of the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado,at the regular election held on April 6,l95L1,
having voted in favor of compensating the Mayor and the Board
of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,for their
services as such Mayor and Board of Trustees,the Mayor of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall receive for his services
as such Mayor the sum of T.ienty Dollars ($20.00)per month,
payable monthly out of the general funds of the Town,and each
member of the Board of Trustees shall receive as compensation
for his services as such Trustee the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
per month,payable monthly out of the general funds of the Town.
Section 2.It is hereby declared that this ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety,and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately after its passage and publication.
Passed and adopted the L day of May,1954.
