AS “SOUTH SAINT VRAIN ADDITION TO TIll]TOWN

BE IT ORDAIED BY TI BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That a petition for annexation,together with
four copies of a plat of the territory to be annexed,as required
by law,was filed with the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park on the twenty—third day of August,l95-f,which petition was
executed by twenty—nine persons who are the owners of more than
fifty per cent (50%)of the area of the territory hereinabter
described,and which persons also comprise a majority of the land—
owners residing in that territory at the time the petition was
filed with the Board of Trustees;the ‘board of Trustees,at its
regular meeting on the twenty—third day of August,l95+,accepted
said petition and caused to be published a notice as required by
law;that more than thirty days ha;e elapsed after the first
publication of said notice,and no counter—ptitior has been filed.
Section 2.Th0t the annexation to the Town of Estes
Park of the following described territory,to be known and
designated as Soutb Saint Vram Addition to the Town of Estes
Park,Colorado11,is hereby aciroved and the same is hereby annexed
to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,and which territcry is
described as follows,to—wit:
A part of Section Thirty—one (31),Township Five (5)North,
Range Sevent—iv:o (72)West of the Si:th Principal Leridian
and a port of Section One (1),Township 1our (1±)North,Range
Sevent —three (73)West of the Sixth Princial Meridian in
Larimer County,Colorado,more particularly described as
