AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.79
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 25th DAY OF
APRIL,1938,AND BEING ENTITLED “AN
ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUSINESSES,PROFESSIONS
AND OCCUPATIONS,PROVIDING FOR LICENSES
THEREFDR AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF”
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado,that Ordinance No.79 passed and
adopted on the 25th day of April,1938,and being entitled
“An Ordinance Relating to Businesses,Professions and
Occupations,Providing For Licenses Theref or and Providing
Penalties For Violation Thereof”,be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 3 under the Ordinance shall read as follows:
“Section 3.The Town Clerk may require the premises
to be occup:Led by the licensee to be inspected for the
purpose of ascertaining if such premises are sanitary and
in reasonably safe condition for occupancy.The Town
Clerk is authorized to issue a license to such applicant
upon payment of license fee of Thirty-five f35.OO)
Dollars;provided,however,that if upon inspection,any
such premises are found to be unsanitary or unsafe or if
extraordinary fire hazards are found to exist,then the
Town Clerk may require such changes or alterations in the
premises as may reasonably be necessary to correct the
objectionable features before issuing such license.”
