PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice In hereby glvn that at the hour of 7:30 P.M.on the
13th day of May,195?,at the Town Hall in Estes Park,Colorado,the
Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,will hold a.public
hearing concerning the adoption of an Ordinance adopting ‘rhe Unf form
Building Code,Volume 1 Edition,published 1955 by International Conference
of Building OfficialuN;
That copies of said building code being considered for adoption are
on file in the office of the Town Clerk and are open to public inspection;
That three of said copies are certified by the Meror and Town Clerk
to be true coples;
That Bald building code has been promulgated for the purpose of
providing uniform building codec and Ordinances for Municipalities
tlirooughout the State of Colorado;
That said propo3ed building cod•includes comprehensIve provisions
regulating the erection,enlargment,alteration,Loving,demolition,
occupancy and maintenance of all buildings within the Town of Estes Park,
and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
All interested persons may appear at the above time and place and
be heard.
