PARK,ESTABLISH RULES AND REGTJLATI ONS GOVERNING THE
USE OF WATER,ESTABLISHING RATES THEREFOR,CREATING
A WATER DEPARTMENT AND SUPERINTENDENT THEREOF,AND
PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF SAID
ORDINANCE AN])REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.129 AN])
ORDINANCE NO.160 OF THE TOWN OF EBTES PARK,COLORADO”
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado,that Ordinance No.172 passed and
adopted on the 12th day of August,197,and being entitled
“An Ordinance to Regulate the Use of Water from the Water Works
System of the Town of Estes Park,Establish Rules and Regula
tions Governing the Use of Water,Establishing Rates Therefor,
Creating a Water Department and Superintendent Thereof,and
Prescribing Penalties for the Violation of Said Ordinance and
Repealing Ordinance No.129 and Ordinance No.160 of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado’t,be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 6 (a)under the Ordinance shall read as follows:
“Section 6 (a)The followin.annual water rates shall
be payable annually in advance by water consuners for water
used within the corporate limits of the Town of Estes Park:

Residence,apartment,cottage or

For each sink,commercial
For each automobile wash rack
For each soda fountain or bar

No water shall be used for a swimming pool,wading
pool or other Similar purpose except by special contract
with the Tewn of .stes Park,which contract shall specify
the charge;3 for such water uses”
