AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 21.3 AND 21.6-5
(e)AND (f)OF TII MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO
PLANNING AND SUBDIVISIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TEE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 21.3 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby
amended to read:
21.3 Procedure for Subdividing.Before dividing any
tract of land into two or more lots of less than 5 acres in
size,a subdivider shall follow the procedure outlined below:
Section 2.That Section 21.6-5 (e)of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
(3)Secondary streets.
Section 3.That Section 21.6-5 (f)of the Municipal
Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is
hereby amended to read:
(f)All streets of the following classification shall
be graded and surfaced to give proper access at all seasons
of the year:
(1)Local streets.
(2)Limited,loop or cul de sac streets.
Section L.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this Ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board of
Trustees an emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption
and publication.
