ORDINANCE 287
AN ORDINANCE ANENDING SECTIONS 12.3 AND
12.Lt.OF MHNICIPAL CODE OF ThE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO,ThE SANE PERTAINING
TO ZONING DISTRICTS AND REZONING OF STANLEY
HEIGHTS ADDIECON B.
BE IT ORDAINED BY ThE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 12.3 of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
E-1 Estate District
E-2 Estate District
Section 2.That Section l2.L-l R-l Residence
District,Subparagraph B.of the Municipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby amended by
striking the words T1A11 the land included in Stanley Heights
Addition B”.
Section 3.That Section l2.L of the Municipal Code
of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Section l2.L-6 H-i Estate District.Included in the
E-l Estate District shall be the following described lands:
A.All the land included in Stanley Heights Addition B.
Section L1.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board an
emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption
and publication.
