AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12.12-2 (1)(1)
OF THE MUThIICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO,THE SAME PERTAINING TO SIGNS-
DEFINITIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF E$TES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 12.12-2 (1)(f)of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and
the same is hereby amended to read:
12.12-2 (1)Signs -Definitions.
(f)Curb Line:Any property line that
is common to any public street,except in Blocks 2,3,L.,5,
and 6 of the Town of Estes Park where “curb line”shall be,
for the purposes of this chapter,the actual location of the
curbs in said Blocks on January 20,1966.
Section 2.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board an
emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption
and publication.
