AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING SECTION 12.L1-l OF THE
MIJNICIPAL CODE OF ThE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,THE $AME PERTAINING TO BOUNDARIES
OF DISTRICTS AND ZONING DEKKER ADDITION TO
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 12.L-1 Subparagraph B
be and the same is hereby amended to read:
B.All of Dekker Addition.
Section 2.That the territory recently annexed to
the Town of Estes Park,Colorado and known as Dekker Addition
to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall be zoned within
the provisions of Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado entitled Zoning:
All of the property included within Dekker Addition
to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado,shall be included within
the boundaries of the District designated as R-l Residence
District and subject to all of the terms and provisions of
said Chapter pertaining to R-l Residence District.
Section 3.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,
determines and designates that this ordinance is necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace,health
and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the Board an
emergency exists,this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five ()days after its final passage,adoption and
publication.
