PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of
Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado did,on
August 8,1966,pass on first reading Ordinance No.301
which enacts and adopts by reference the “Model Traffic
Code for Colorado Municipalities,1966”.
The Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities,
1966,issued,officially approved,and adopted by the Colorado
Highway Safety Council,a division of the Executive Department
of the State Government,under authority vested by the State
General Assembly,whose address is State Capitol Building,
Denver,Colorado,is a complete code,the purpose of which
is for regulating traffic within the Town of Estes Park,
Colorado.
Copies of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado
Municipalities,1966,are on file in the office of the
Town Clerk,and are open to public inspection at that place.
PUBLIC SOTICE IS FURThER GIVEN that the Board of
Trustees has scheduled a public hearing on the question of
whether such Code shall be adopted,such hearing to be
held at 7:30 o’clock P.M.,on Monday,September 12,1966,
at the Town Hall in Estes Park,Colorado.Any and all
persons interested may appear at said time and place and
present their views concerning the adoption of said Code.
