AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE NO.
185 OF THE TCMN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO AND SECTION
12.4 OF ThE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TCMN OF ESTES PARK,
COLORADO,RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS AND ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TCMN OF ESTES
PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That Section 2 of Ordinance No.185 of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,be and the same is hereby amended by deleting from
R—2 Residence District the following described lands:
Lots 17 and 18,South Saint Vram Addition to the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 2.That Section 2 of Ordinance No.185 of the Town of
Estes Park,Colorado,be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:Included within the R—l Residence District shall be the
following described lands:
Lots 17 and 18,South Saint Vram Addition to the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 3.That Section 12.4-1 H of the Municipal Code of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby amended to read:
H.All of the lands included in Lots 14,15,16,17
and 18 of South Saint Vram Addition to the Town
of Estes Park,Colorado.
Section 4.That Section 12.4—1 I of the Municipal Code of the
Town of Estes Park,Colorado be and the same is hereby amended to read:
I.All the lands included in the South Saint Vram Addition,
except Lots 10,11,12,14,15,16,17 and 18,and the
West one—half and that part not included in the Tranquil
Vail Subdivision to the Town of Estes Park,Colorado of
Lot 19.
Section 5.The Board of Trustees herewith finds,determines and
designates that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace,health and safety,and whereas in the opinion of the
Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this Ordinance shall take effect
0 0
and be in force five (5)days after its final passage,adoption and
publication.
